Already damaged

I received my cup late due to a processing issue. I have used it 3 times and hand washed it each time. The leopard spots are now chipping off at the top. I stopped using it and sent a message to admin but haven’t heard back yet. I wish this wasn’t occurring because it is a beautiful cup!!!
