Have you heard of virtual 5K races? If not, you are missing out! Flex it Pink offers fab 5K races for great causes, that include awesome swag bags, & medals for your accomplishments. I love getting out & running in races but that does include an earlystart time, waking up the kids early, driving across town, looking for parking, and waiting in line. Not everyone lives in big cities near running hubs and for all of these reasons and more, I am excited about virtual 5K races and Flex it Pink! Here is me pre-race & mid-race. I love my race shirt that says "Girls Run the World" a great message for all of us women & our girls! Also included in my swag bag was an awesome race bib, bracelet, stickers, of course a super awesome medal. It was a hot day in the desert so I woke up early and got out before it got too hot. Which is another bonus of doing a virtual 5K, I choose the start time!

And here is me after my race pic & my race collage- see how hot I look lol. I got a good sweat on. My route is NOT fast & flat, but its a nice route with minimal concrete. I like to keep it as easy on my joints as possible, another benefit of a Flex it Pink 5K- I choose my course. My next virtual 5K my little niece is going to ride her bike along with me.
