Happiness is not measured by body size..... Hmmmmm easier said than done right? A few girls in our community have been reaching out about their changing bodies and we thought we'd try to put light on this subject. Striving to find happiness in all aspects of your life. Whether it's a new pregnancy, a little weight gain, or weight loss your body is forever changing and finding peace with that can be a real challenge.
Here's an exercise we want you to try for one week.
You wake up and before your feet hit the ground write down one thing you love about your body.
It will not only allow you to identify what you truly love about yourself but slowly over time it will shift the way you feel about your body as well.
There are no tips or tricks here just full on self love for the body you have at any stage.
Begin to tell yourself....
I AM BEAUTIFUL
I LOVE MY HAIR TODAY
THESE STRETCH MARKS LOOK BOMB
MY SKIN LOOKS GREAT
I FEEL REALLY GOOD
I AM WONDER WOMAN
I AM STRONG
I AM SMART
I LOVE MY LEGS
MY HANDS ARE PRETTY COOL
Whatever it may be. Say it loud, say it proud and be happy in the body you are in. We know how bad ass you are.
