May Miles Challenge
Alright ladies, lace up those shoes because we're taking on the May Miles Challenge this month!
As a community, we're challenging everyone to complete 50 miles in the month of May. You can complete your miles by running, walking, jogging, biking, or any other way you choose! Share your updates in our Facebook group to encourage others to keep on moving!
Tips & Tricks:
- Try to get more than half of your miles done by the 15th. If you can get 30 miles done by then, the last half of the month will be a breeze!
- Plan out your miles each morning. Find a specific time and location to complete your miles, and speak it into existence girl! Instead of "I'll get some miles in tonight", plan it out like this instead... "when I get home from work at 5:30, I'll lace up my shoes and walk from 5:45-6:15"
- Find an exercise buddy! If you're unable to meet up with them each day, you can at least share screenshots of your miles for the day to help hold each other accountable.
- Keep a log! This could be a printed out calendar, or a line drawn on a whiteboard on your fridge. Fill in the miles as you complete them until you hit that 50 mile mark!
