These WOMAN are FLEX IT PINK STRONG and behind the sweat there was once a story to get them here. 

We feature some of the most brave and vulnerable women among the Flex it Pink community in hopes that their stories may resinate with just one woman who needs to hear a story like theirs. Flex it Pink is now 5 years young and we have grown very close to the women in our community over those 5 years. We have shared our stories, why flex it pink started and how the community has come to be what it is.

Behind the sweat there is always a story of how the women in our community got there. We know it did not happen over night and it's time to shine a light on your path to the AMAZING, POWERFUL, STRONG women you are. Trust us we know the blood, sweat and tears you put into your story to be where you are to share what you share with us. We are beyond humbled by ALL of YOU and your stories.
